With an impressive 27 years in the HVAC industry, Deason’s hands-on approach and leadership ensure that Cozy-D consistently exceeds customer expectations in both residential and commercial HVAC services. His passion for customer satisfaction and commitment to excellence have made Cozy-D a trusted name in the DFW Metroplex. When he’s not managing the Cozy-D team, he spends his time hunting and watching sports.

Joshua Deason

Lead Technician

Bringing 14 years of HVAC experience to the team, Joshua is known for his expertise and attention to detail. Joshua plays a key role in delivering top-notch service and ensuring that customers stay cozy. In his free time, he spends his time exploring the city with his friends and manages a beard care company.

Adrian Metcalf

Lead Technician

With 16 years of HVAC experience, Adrian has extensive knowledge and skills that make him a vital asset to the team, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction on every job. Metcalf is a newlywed and has a daughter.

Krystal Green

Head Office Administrator

Krystal has been with the team for 13 years. Often the first point of contact, Krystal’s friendly and personable nature makes her a pleasure for customers to interact with and a valuable part of the Cozy-D team. Outside of work, she spends time with her family and manages her event planning business, IGE Creations.

Krysta Mohair

Assistant Office Administrator & Social Media Content Developer

Krysta joined Cozy-D Heating & A/C in 2021 as the Assistant Office Administrator and Social Media Content Developer. Krysta supports office operations and brings creativity to Cozy-D’s online presence, helping connect with customers through engaging content. When she’s not at work, she spends her time attending music festivals and volunteering at animal shelters.

Rickey Haynes

Technician Helper

Rickey Haynes has been with Cozy-D Heating & A/C since 2021, assisting lead technicians with installations and ductwork. As a dedicated team member and a father of two, Rickey brings both commitment and reliability to his role at Cozy-D.

Monty McCaulie

Technician Helper

Monty McCaulie joined Cozy-D Heating & A/C in 2022. He supports the lead technicians on installations and ductwork and occasionally handles preventative maintenance jobs, contributing to the team’s efficiency and commitment to quality service.
